- To grant awards to individuals and/or collective groups who are or may be involved in procurement within the university or college sectors to support and significantly enhance their procurement skills and/or procurement leadership skills.

- To provide funding support that will be beneficial to the individual, the institution and the sector;

- To provide/offer financial support for a defined training activity/development opportunity in periodic offerings which the Trustees feel would encourage/bring an overall increase in procurement capability in the sectors;
|
- To offer four funding rounds in each calendar year.
